Wildflower garden at golden hour

Vancouver

A wild flower garden
grown by nature & a pair of hands.

Seasonal flowers, seeds, and medicinal herbs grown naturally for Vancouver communities.

A few words

We grow flowers
for our community
by letting nature do its thing.

Imene's Garden is a small flower garden serving East Van, Vancouver, and Burnaby. It's run by one person, on a piece of land that used to be mostly grass.

We grow seasonal flowers without pesticides or synthetic fertilizer. Some rows are tidy. Some are a little wild. The bees seem happy either way.

Most of what we grow stays local — to neighbours, florists, and a few restaurants around Vancouver.

How we grow

We let nature lead.

Everything is grown by hand, without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.

We leave a little mess on purpose. Bees, birds, worms, and healthy soil tend to prefer it that way.

We grow with the seasons. What's in bloom this week probably wasn't here last month, and that feels right to us.

  • Hand-grown
  • Pollinator-friendly
  • Biodiverse
  • No pesticides
  • Seasonal
  • Grown close to home
